This has been launched keeping in mind the growing needs of car owners,'''' says Christopher, Managing Director of Trinity.
The services offered are on-the-spot repair and service for minor faults, free towing away to the nearest service centre, up to 5 litres of petrol supplied at actuals and replacement of punctured tyre.
All these services can be availed of for just Rs 365 annually, says Christopher. The service is not just for members but also anyone in need, he adds.
The firm has a full-fledged service centre on Bannerghatta Road. "Since our launch last month, 1,150 members have registered and we expect it to rise to 25,000 by next year. The firm is likely to extend the facility to Chennai and Mumbai," he says.
Equipped with six Maruti vans for servicing, they are also linked via walkie-talkies to enable faster communication. In case of any breakdowns within the city limits, it would take just a few minutes for them to reach the spot. But on the highways, it would take about 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach, he says. A toll-free line has been planned to make it more customer friendly.
Maruti Udyog, Toyota, dealers and car finance companies have shown keen interest in the services provided. ``Ultimately, customers need to be satisfied,'''' he says.
